My turn to drag an engineer to attend legal seminar in Palo Alto. The topic discussed was interesting because its all about Britain & EU's IP in American land. Having a British accent during the event was something that I feel eased at 😅 My take home from this seminar is the importance of having a good network amongst the lawyers especially if you cover international level which involved international IPs. Not to forget the role of technology in litigation and how far we trust our opponent lawyers in handling the cases. Also had the opportunity to learn how they draft the Fintech in Patent Drafting. As far as Brexit is concerned, just keep calm and carry on. They said its gonna take place by end of October. We'll see. ~ Ros Shimah Nazri, LLM (Intellectual Property)
